Five Incredible Years of International Showcasing

Following five extraordinary years of showcasing performance created in England at Edinburgh Festival Fringe, firstly as Horizon and subsequently as Here & Now, Arts Council England and the partner organisations have decided that 2026 will be a year to take stock of the successes that the showcase has platformed.

This means that the Here & Now Showcase will not go ahead in August 2026. Instead this time will be used to pause, evaluate and consider how best to take our commitment to international showcasing forward.

Over the 5 years we are proud to have showcased the work of 55 artists and companies to 113 international presenters, resulting in over 55 international presentations, residencies and commissions....and counting.
